Now lookie there, it's a bare ass on the beach.
What it really is is a teaser poster for David Slade's COLD SKIN which won't even see the front end of a camera till about this time last year. But they have a promo poster all ready.
David Slade of course was the director of 30 DAYS OF NIGHT which personally I really liked. So, what is COLD SKIN all about? Other then naked asses on the beach of course. Here's what I know:
On the edge of the Antarctic Circle, a ship approaches a desolate
island far from all shipping lanes. On board is a young man, on his way
to assume the post of weather observer, to live in solitude at the end
of the earth.
But on shore he finds no trace of the man whom he has been sent to
replace, just a deranged castaway who has witnessed a horror he refuses
to name. For the next twelve months his entire world will consist of a
deserted cabin, trees, rocks, silence and the surrounding sea.
Then night begins to fall...
It will be a while till we see this one but it looks like it might be one to keep our eyes on.
