October 2nd seems a long way off but it will be here before we know it so it's not to early to start thinking about the fall slate of horror films.  SORORITY ROW is one such film.  A remake of course of the 1983 slasher THE HOUSE ON SORORITY ROW of which most seem to remember only the VHS box art.



Maybe that's the kind of films they should be remaking. 

So, the remake is going by just SORORITY ROW and of course will be an updated retelling of the original story line, I would guess.

The first trailer for the remake has hit and you know what, it don't suck.  Check it out below:

Early word is that they were going to try for a PG-13 but based on this trailer I would think they would have to be going for the R.  We'll all know soon enough.
