I actually got word on this project a few days ago and kind of dismissed it as some kind of hoax so I apologize for making you all wait for this.
As you all know the CREEPSHOW name got picked up by TAURUS ENTERTAINMENT a few years back and they promptly produced CREEPSHOW 3 which was pretty much panned by all. So, the other day I get this email from a company called HD FILMS that states that they now own the rights to the CREEPSHOW name and will soon begin producing a web based anthology series titled CREEPSHOW: RAW!
Sounded fishy so I decided to sit on it for a while and see if anything else developed. Guess what? It did!!
Tonight I get another email outlining the fact that some behind the scenes footage exsists. Well, here's exactly what it said:
Creepshow fans can now see some exclusive behind-the-scenes
footage on the set of Creepshow:RAW at JaceHallShow.com.
The first episode stars no less than Michael Madsen - star
of Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs" (playing Mr. Blonde)
and "Kill Bill, Vol.2" (playing Bill's sinister brother, Budd).
Madsen also starred in the 1994 family movie, "Free Willy" as
well as a string of other hits including Robert Rodriguez' "Sin
City." Wilmer Valderrama will be at the helm making his directional
debut and is determined give you the creeps!
So you can watch this video below, see what you think. It is all appearing to be legit and lets all hope that these guys handle the franchise with the respect that it deserves. Here's that vid:
