I like the premise of this one.

It's titled THE COLLECTOR and is about a thief who breaks into a house to rob it only to find out that someone else has broken in before him and is doing far worse things then just stealing some artwork.

So, the red band trailer arrived today and you can see it right now:

July 31st is the release date.
