It's been a while since a horror movie trailer has gotten the horror world in such a fuss. The trailer hit the internet a few days ago and was immediately heralded as pure brilliance.
This horror fan just got around to checking it out and I have to say, pretty impressive stuff. Some truly cringe worthy moments in the just shy of two minutes tease that the film makers have made available. It appears that they will be holding true to a lot of the classic imagery from Sam Raimi's original but have most definitely raised things to a new level with some of amazing things hinted at in the trailer.
It looks like 2013 could be the year of EVIL DEAD.
April 12th is the release date but trust me, we'll be talking about this one a lot between now and then so there will be plenty of reminders of that release date in the coming weeks.
