Word has come down tonight that SAW 5 managed to pull in about $30 million this weekend, a very good 3 day total but not good enough to snag the Number One spot.  That went to High School Musical 3.  I'm sure that LIONSGATE is still more then pleased with their Halloween gift and since obviously a whole shit ton of you all went to see SAW V I thought I would pass along these little tidbits that showed up tonight.

First off we've got the original short film that led to the original film getting green lit.  It's good and neat to see what the original thought pattern was as they all went into this.
