I really don't understand this but it all seems to check out, so here we go.
It appears that horror icon John Carpenter has signed on to direct FANGLAND a film we first told you about over three years ago.
Based on the novel my John Marks the film will tell the tale of a producer who travels overseas to to interview a notorious arms dealer only to find out he is a blood sucker.
It's being billed as an updated version of Bram Stoker's DRACULA.
Yeah buddy, John Carpenter doing another vamp flick. I'm loving it.
I haven't read the book, but I will be now.
Back when we first talked about FANGLAND (I think that was in 2007 or so) the lovely Hilary Swank was attached. No word on if she still has any interest but I know I would love to watch he prance around killing Vamps. We'll see what happens.
No other info as of right now but I'll have more for you soon.
