Yeah, I've been a little luke warm on this whole Prometheus thing.  What they had showed us so far while pretty, didn't really look at that different than what we had seen in the ALIEN films.  OK, that's all changed.

This new trailer, which is the "international trailer" really does the trick, I am officially stoked for this one.  It's a bit long by trailer standards, almost three minutes but it is three amazing minutes.

In the distant future, two superpowers control Earth and fight each other for all the solar system's natural resources. When one side dispatches a team to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization, the team discovers an indigenous race of bio-mechanoid killers. Ridley Scott, director of 'Alien' and 'Blade Runner,' returns to the genre he helped define. With PROMETHEUS, he creates a groundbreaking mythology, in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.

PROMETHEUS stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Logan Marshall-Green, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Patrick Wilson and Charlize Theron.  Although the trailer states a June 1st roll out it actually don't hit in the states till a week later so June 8th is when all us on this side of the pond can flock to the theater.
