Then head down to the Stevens County Courthouse, where Monday night they'll be premiering Joel Trujillo's new horror film "Dusk of the Living Dead."  Tickets are just $2 bucks a shot.  Fans of the Romero series in the area should be treated to an interesting homage to the "Living Dead" - as the 26 year old amateur filmmaker went through the trouble of setting the movie in 1968 - the year, of course, that Night of the Living Dead took place.  Its shot in black and white.

Trujillo went so far as to collect some vintage cars included in the scenery - and also uses the classic chocolate syrup for blood, which transfers perfectly to B&W.  "I mean, when you look at it, it's not Hollywood, top-of-the-line special effects," Trujillo said. "I wanted to make it look like we were filming it (in 1968)."

This is a dream come true for Trujillo's - to have his first film shown to the public like this.  So if you're in the area and a fan of Romero or horror in general - stop down and check it out.
