Not gonna lie to you, I never really thought much of ROMERO'S original version of THE CRAZIES. I know that may not sit well with some of you but you're just going to have to get over it.
But, this remake, it's looking like it might be worth a look see. Breck Eisner is directing this time around and he wrangled himself up a nice little cast headed by Timothy Olyphant, you should remember him from LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD. He played the lead bad guy and he was AWESOME!
Feb. 26th brings THE CRAZIES to a theater in your town and tonight I have for you a really great 2 minute trailer that I think you're going to like.
Check it out!

Boy, what a long strange path CABIN FEVER 2 has taken to release but LIONSGATE has finally released an official trailer and set some release information for the second chapter of the CABIN FEVER saga.
I know that a lot of bad things have been said about this one but I think the trailer makes it look like it might be a bit of a good time. Bloody, oozy fun.
Shock till you drop got the exclusive first look but you can check the clip out below.
The disc gets released on Feb. 16th.
CB2 centers around a prom where the kids have consumed some punch that has been spiked but not with anything good. The trailer shows a quick tie in with the original that leads to the prom scenes at the school and it appears they rest of the film takes place there. Well here, see for yourself:

I realize that you folks are probably sick to death of me going on and on about how good DEXTER has gotten but dammit, listen up. DEXTER is one amazing show and these last 3 or so episodes have been some of the best TV I have ever watched.
LITHGOW is at his creepy best and I'm telling you again if he doesn't get an Emmy for his portrayal of TRINITY then these damn awards shows are rigged.
YES! it really is that good. If getting SHOWTIME just isn't possible for you make sure to pick this season up on DVD when it hits.
Anyway, this week we got everything all set up for the finale which air this coming Sunday night and I've got a feeling it is going to be a dozy.
This clip does not do the episodes justice but if you are already a fan this is one of those moments you've been waiting to see.
Remember DEXTER Season 4 Finale is this SUNDAY at 9 PM only on SHOWTIME.
Okay, I tried to embed the video but the link does not seem to be working so instead how about a nice little link to the video.

Got all the info on the upcoming SAW VI DVD release. This is actually a pretty damn good movie so listen up and be ready to go pick this one up. Here's the complete press release and check out the cover art at the end of the article:
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The next bone chilling installment of the most popular horror film franchise in history comes to DVD and Blu-ray Disc this January with the release of SAW VI. The film will be available in three different versions – an R-rated Theatrical Full Screen Edition, an Unrated Director’s cut Widescreen Edition and an Unrated Director’s cut Blu-ray Disc – and as a digital download. All three versions are a “2-Movie Set” that includes the first original SAW feature film so viewers can see “where it all began.” All three versions also contain fabulously frightening bonus materials including three featurettes that take a look at Jigsaw, the traps and an exclusive look at the Halloween Horror Nights SAW Maze plus music videos. In addition, the unrated DVD and Blu-ray Disc feature two audio commentaries with the executive producers and the screenwriters of the film.
The SAW film series has managed to ratchet up tension and invention with each successive film, while jangling millions of nerves worldwide. Surpassing Freddie and Jason, the SAW series is now the most profitable horror franchise, both theatrically and on DVD, in movie history, taking in over $500 million in worldwide box office and sales exceeding 23 million units on DVD. In the sixth installment, Special Agent Strahm is dead, and Detective Hoffman has emerged as the unchallenged successor to Jigsaw’s legacy. However, when the FBI draws closer to Hoffman, he is forced to set a game into motion, and Jigsaw’s grand scheme is finally understood.
