Found a clip from the upcoming SAW IV.  Kinda looks like more of the same that we have come to expect.  In this clip a man who has been blinded finds himself matching wits with a man who can't speak in a game of life and death, Jigsaw style.

This is the clip that they showed at Comic-con and fans seemed to eat up.  View and see what you  think.
