NIGHTMARE, the 1981 horror film starring Baird Stafford and Sharon
Smith, is due for release soon on DVD by Code Red DVD. Involved with the release is director David
DeCoteau, who was approached by Code Red DVD to moderate the commentary which
reportedly lays to rest once and for all Tom Savini’s supposed involvement with
the film.
NIGHTMARE is one of the bloodiest slashers of its time, and
it played it many a theater in Manhattan
during its theatrical run in October 1981.
