Bare Behind Bars (1980)
-
trailer (windows media) -
94 minutes

Rated X
Starring Maria Stella Splendore, Marta Anderson, Danielle Ferrite
Directed by Oswaldo De Oliveira

Blue Underground Plot Description:  In a women’s penitentiary where brutal beatings, steamy showers, and full cavity searches are the order of the day, the cons are turning into pros – and the cemetery is running out of room! To stay out of the torture chamber, the inmates can barter their bodies in the wicked warden’s white slave trade, or submit to the nympho nurse’s peculiar brand of medical malpractice. But when these lawless lovelies go on the lam to wreak vengeance on straight society, no one will be safe!  Prolific purveyor of perversion Oswaldo De Oliveira’s (Amazon Jail) pièce de résistance is presented here in its X-Rated entirety. A cornucopia of comely convicts (including International beauty queen Marta Anderson of Massacre in Dinosaur Valley and Perversion Scream Queen Nadia Destro) bare it all, as every frame of vicious violence, savage sexuality, and inappropriate use of pineapples, is presented pristine and intact for the first time ever in America!

Darkness: The Vampire Version (1993)
-
trailer (quicktime) -
380 minutes

Not Rated
Starring Gary Miller, Michael Gisick, Randall Aviks
Directed by Leif Jonker

Amazon.com Plot Description:  Depicting the takeover of a small town by an army of vampires, Darkness was partially financed by its makers selling their blood at the local plasma bank. Since it was so micro-budgeted, Leif Jonker was uncertain his grassroots horror movie would ever be seen publicly, hoping at the very least to produce the film equivalent of a good garage band’s "demo tape" to display his potential as a director. Instead, the gore-drenched film went on to become one of the premiere titles in the underground horror wave of the early 90s, gaining a worldwide cult fan base through multiple video releases (all of which were culled from inferior source materials created by recording the projected image off a homemade screen) and screenings at the Fantafestival in Italy, Night of the Bloody Tapes in Germany, and as a "Centerpiece Selection" at the Nevermore Film Fest in the United States. Now, Barrel is proud to present this underground classic with its first ever professional film-to-video transfer struck directly from the original camera elements, featuring digitally restored picture and sound in a new, never before seen edit – Darkness: The Vampire Version, the official, definitive, director’s cut!

DVD Special Features include:  Available Audio Tracks: English (Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo)
Three feature length audio commentary tracks featuring director Leif Jonker, special FX artist, composer, and cast & crew
"Vampire Bootcamp" - New half-hour documentary featurette with cast & crew interviews

Frankenstein Meets the Space Monster (1965)
77 minutes

Not Rated
Starring Marilyn Hanold, James Karen, Lou Cutell
Directed by Robert Gaffney

All Movie Guide Plot Description:  Despite the title, this outrageously bad Rock 'n' Roll monster movie from Puerto Rico features neither the titular monster-maker nor his lumbering creation. Instead, we're presented with an "astro-robot" named Frank, who comes to save the day when Martian forces led by Princess Markuzan (Marilyn Hanold) begin kidnapping scantily-clad Earth females from sock-hops and beach-blanket shindigs everywhere -- apparently with the intent of populating a few parties of their own. The aliens manage to french-fry most of Frank's face off, but he nevertheless manages to snap back (after a few minor adjustments) and give the invaders what-for. Also known by the more honest title Mars Invades Puerto Rico.

I was psyched to see this the moment I read the title and saw the cover.  Seems that I can still get suckered into crap.  I think there's a reason why a trailer doesn't exsist.

Funny Man (1994)

Taylor moves into the palatial estate only to discover it already as a resident known as Funnyman, a murderous jester with a sick sense of humor and an penchant for mimicry. An offbeat and gory horror comedy with a decidedly British sense of humor which is equal parts Monty Python and Leprechaun.
