He was there when the franchise kicked off so it only seems fitting that he be there at the end.  Cary Elwes is back as Dr. Gordon in SAW 3D the supposed final installment in the mega popular franchise.  I was a actually a little surprised to hear Cary was returning but I am glad to maybe find out exactly what happened to him after he pulled himself through that door.

In this short interview clip Cary talks about returning to the fray, working with Tobin Bell and working in 3D, among a few other things.

With SAW 3D performing very well at the box office this Halloween weekend I thought maybe you all would like to hear what some of the folks involved with the have to say.

My first interview tonight is Marcus Dunstan who along with partner Patrick Melton has penned the last couple of SAW installments.  Actually, as far as I am concerned, they've pretty much saved the franchise.

Here Marcus talks about several different things ranging from where the ideas for the traps come from to working with Tobin Bell.

You already know that MY SOUL TO TAKE opens Friday right?  In 3D as well.  Been a lot of press this last week or so and I thought we would wrap it all up with a series of interviews from the press junket this past week.

Wes Craven has been kind of wrapped up the last few years sitting on the sidelines and letting folks remake some of his most famous films.  THE HILLS HAVE EYES, THE LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT and of course the recent NIGHTMARE redo.

With all the hoopla over Craven working on SCREAM 4 his new flick MY SOUL TO TAKE which opens this coming weekend, in 3D no less kind of got a little lost in the static for a while but recently the TV spots, clips and such have kind of got the horror world woke up to the fact that MY SOUL TO TAKE is coming at us and Craven just couldn't be happier.

Got a nice little interview clip for you tonight that does a real good job of explaining how Craven came up with the idea of SOUL and just what exactly it's all about.  I know I finally understand where he's going with thing.
