This news comes as a bi of a surprise but it appears as if UNIVERSAL is going to finally release PHANTASM II on DVD just in time for HALLOWEEN.  Not much news yet other then the fact that it is coming out as part of UNIVERSALS HALLOWEEN promotion.

A ton of other films are hitting at the same time including a LEGACY COLLECTION version of THE WOLFMAN which of course will tie in with the remake that will then open in theaters just a few weeks later.

Again, no specs or cover art yet on any of this just the fantastic news that the long awaited DVD release of PHANTASM II is finally going to happen.
