Can it really be 20 years since JURASSIC PARK opened?? What a frightening
thought. I spent the afternoon of Friday, June 11, 1993 at the Hazlet
Multiplex with a friend and saw this adventure that I went back to see three
more times theatrically. The film has its detractors, but it is one of
Steven Spielberg's most entertaining and re-watchable films. It is now
available on Blu-ray, DVD and digital copy from Universal Home Video and, as
part of the film's 20th anniversary, it is being re-released on Friday, April
5th for one week in 3D in selected theaters, as well as IMAX 3D in theaters
that are equipped for this format.
