The Hills Have Eyes Remake DVD Release Date And Specs

Fangoria got early word on what the DVD release of Alexandra Aja’s The Hills Have Eyes will hold for us.  Pretty much just standard fare.  Here is the report:

Fango has learned that the recent remake of THE HILLS HAVE EYES will make its DVDebut June 20, in both the theatrical R-rated and unrated editions. Both will include anamorphic 2.35:1 transfers with Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2.0 audio tracks (the R cut will also be presented in fullscreen), as well as the following extras:

• Audio commentary by director/co-writer Alexandre Aja, co-writer Grégory Levasseur and producer Marianne Maddalena
• A multipart documentary on the making of the film
• Music video
• Trailers

Retail price for each edition will be $29.98.
