Danielle Harris To Return to Halloween Franchise?

Hot on the heels of yesterdays announcement of Dr. Loomis being cast in Rob Zombie’s Halloween, Fango today broke the news that Danielle Harris is up for a major role in the remake.

Rumors are flying fast and furious and the general consensus seems to be that she may well be up for the role of Laurie Strode. How cool is that!

This seems like a great idea!! You should all remember that Harris came of age in the Halloween franchise in Halloween 4 and 5 where she played Laurie Lloyd daughter of Laurie Strode and niece of Michael Myers. This seems to be a slam dunk as it is sure to be a hit with the fan base and it doesn’t hurt that Ms. Harris is a damn fine actress and us dudes love to gawk at her.

Things are moving very quickly now on this project and the news is going to start flying around the net. We’ll keep an eye on things and let you know as soon as official confirmation is handed down.
