SAW III Original Animatronic Puppet Up for Grabs

When I think of the original props from my favorite horror films that I would love to own if I possessed a bank account similar in size to Mark Cuban’s, there are several that come to mind right off the bat: Norman Bates’ knife from PSYCHO; Jack Torrance’s axe from THE SHINING; the big, sad-eyed doll and mask from CURTAINS; the silver sphere from PHANTASM; Fred Krueger’s glove from A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET; Regan MacNeil’s crucifix from THE EXORCIST; Michael Myer’s mask from HALLOWEEN; the mannequins from TOURIST TRAP; Peter Neal’s novel from TENEBRE; well, you get the picture.
If you have some extra cash, check out the SAW III original puppet currently on Ebay. Billed as “THE GREATEST PROP IN HORROR MOVIE HISTORY!!!” (I beg to differ, although it certainly would be great to have. Put it out on the front steps on Mischief Night with Tobin Bell’s droll, “I wanna play a game…” voiceover played every 15 minutes or so), this is the one and only Jigsaw puppet built for the third film in the successful series. Posted by Raybin Entertainment, LLC, it comes with an official hologram on a certificate of authenticity from Twisted Pictures.
The Ebay listing for this item is “THE SAW 3 PUPPET” and the item number is 260043556565. As of this writing, the bid is up to $5,300.00.
“You have until October 29, 2006, to bid on me, and the auction ends at 5:05 pm Eastern Time (8:05 pm Pacific Time). Make your choice…”
