Don Coscarelli was talking at the Masters of Horror Season 2 party the other night and the folks over at JoBlo  and  IFmagazine were paying attention.  It seems he has confirmed the Bubba Nosferatu it about to get off the ground and Bruce Campbell is going to once again play the lead.  Here is a quote from the man himself:

“It’s going to star Bruce Campbell again, and he’s going to put on the old sequined jump suit," says Coscarelli. "It looks like it could be pretty interesting.” Obviously, from that comment Campbell’s Elvis survived the first movie, and Coscarelli laughingly added, “Who said he died? He’s not dead. It’s the magic of movies, we’ll resuscitate him some how.”

In a little bit of unconfirmed news Bloody Disgusting is reporting that Paul Giamatti is in talks to play Colonial Parker in the film.  A very interesting piece of news.  Giamatti is a great actor and is reported to be a HUGE Bruce fan.  Like I said, this is unconfirmed but we’ll keep an eye and when and if it is confirmed we’ll let ya know.
