Seems that we have all been talking about Hatchet for a while now and it has been quite some time since any news has come our way.  Fangoria did some digging around and came up with a new pic and some updated info on the project, here is a piece of what they found out:

Green is proud to boast that the pic is the first of its kind since, until now, all we’ve been allowed to see from the film is a silhouette of HATCHET’s killer Victor Crowley (played by Hodder) and the rest of the cast. You can expect to see the photo over at HATCHET’s official site, where Green will be giving readers an update on the film.

As for when we’ll be able to see the movie itself… “I wish I had some kind of really cool answer I could tell you, like how the film was stolen by terrorists or being held as FBI evidence in a real swamp murder crime…but the truth is that we’re really just now gearing up to start showing HATCHET to possible distributors and audiences,” says Green. “In fact, we really just got every last technical aspect exactly the way I wanted it last Friday. Fangoria goes on to report that the films official site will be a major facelift sometime in the next day or so.  Click here to head on over and check it all out.
