Well Mick Garris tells us that this man is a Master of Horror so I guess we had better report on his new DVD release. Actually I think we have already shown you the artwork their on the right but we now also have the full set of disc specs for the release of Lucky McKee’s The Woods.
Sony has finally spilled the beans and here is what you can look forward to come Oct. 3rd: Here is what BD is reporting the disc will hold:
Agnes Bruckner, Patricia Clarkson and cult icon Bruce Campbell star in this frightening horror film about a neglected teenage girl who is sent away to an all-girls private school located deep in the middle of a forest where things are not what they seem. Davis DVD reports that the DVD arrives with both 2.35:1 anamorphic and fullscreen transfers and Dolby Digital 5.1 audio. Bonus materials will include audio commentary with McKee and the cast, deleted scenes, outtakes, "Girl vs. Girl" & "Legend on Set: Bruce Campbell" featurettes and trailers. Retail price is $24.96.
