Heading to a Final Destination One More Time

So, it’s Friday the 13^th next to Halloween as close to a horror holiday as we get.  No better time to kick off a major advertising campaign for a big budget franchise film.  The folks over at New Line have had more than their fair share of promo campaigns for horror films but they really seem to be upping the ante on this one.

We’re talking about Final Destination 3 and the official site launches today, Friday the 13^th.  All kinds of great stuff going to be going on over there, here is a taste of what our going to find:

Video Montage – Check this baby out.  Created especially for Friday the 13^th this clip features clips from the first 2 Final Destination films as well as a look at some of the better kills in the new one.  Click here for the QuickTime version or here for the Windows Media version.

"Send Your Friend on a Ride to Death" personalized video:  On our website we will feature a first person video of riding a roller coaster, and the capability to personalize the end with your name and death.  We will also have the functionality to send this to a friend.  I'd love for you to editorially promote the feature and link through to our site.  It will live on.

Mobile Ringtones:  We will have a mobile area on the official site where users will be able to download "screams" as ring tones for free.  I'd for you to promote the feature and link through to our site.

180 Feature:  We also have a special feature on the official site.  If you type in 1-8-0 on the site, there’s a special surprise.  I can’t tell you what it is, but you can definitely check it out when the official site launches this Friday, 13th.
