A while back I told you about a new indie "Blair Witch" type flick titled MEADOWOODS.  They had posted up some rather ominous looking YOU TUBE videos that had the horror world buzzing a bit.

Things had kind of fallen silent for a bit but FANGO has posted up an exclusive clip from the film and it appears that a more solid release date is on the table.

In true "Blair Witch" style the film stars a casts of unknown and it is filled gorilla style as if what you are watching is raw camcorder footage.  The basic just of the film is that we are following these high schoolers as they talk about, plan and ultimately execute an abduction and murder of a class mate.

Yeah, pretty heavy stuff, sure to raise a few eyebrows.

When last we talked bout MEADOWOODS it was because a couple of anonymous  clips popped up  that had everyone once again talking about "is it real or just a movie gimmick".  Well of course, it was a movie gimmick and so we learned about MEADOWOODS. 

Now FANGO has gotten hold of an clip that shows us the kids as they browse the local DVD store looking for source materials to help them plan their attack.

Current info has the DVD of MEADOWOODS hitting DVD on May 4th.
