Great news for horror movie fans everywhere.

There are only a handful of films that haven't yet made their DVD debut yet.  One of just about everyone's must have list is DARK NIGHT OF THE SCARECROW and today horror yearbook broke the news broke the news that this is the year.

Here's a snipit from their report:

Writer J.D. Feigelson told HYB that VCI Entertainment will be releasing the DVD sometime around Halloween.

Scarecrow stars Charles Durning as Otis P. Hazelrigg who wrongly accuses and executes Bubba Ritter (Larry Drake aka Dr. Giggles), a mentally-challenged man, for raping a young girl. When Hazelrigg and his group of vigilantes escape murder charges, they start to dying one-by-one while being stalked by a mysterious scarecrow… Hazelrigg must figure out who is behind the scarecrow’s revenge before he is the next victim.
