Anyone turned on by the independent scifi side of the horror universe may want to check out The Planet - recently created and released by the Scotland based digital film company, Stirton Productions.  Produced on a miniscule budget with a crew of three people, you can see in the trailer that the results are pretty extraordinary for the effort.  At this time The Planet is thought to be the only feature length scifi-horror movie ever made in Scotland by a Scottish company.
