Every now and then MTV gets themselves a pretty cool scoop and tonight is no different. CLICK HERE and you'll be treated to a nifty little video from the set of the F13 remake.
There on the right you get the first look at Jason's new mask which looks just like the old mask but that is just fine with me. What the hell else could they do with it really.
It's no secret that the film is currently shooting down in Austin TX. and from all accounts seems to be going well.
Don't just watch the video while you're there. Take the time to read the set report. It's a good one. Here is just a little taste:
Watching Jason Voorhees in all his warped glory before me, shaking my
hand and carrying on with pleasantries, was simply surreal. Mears was
an extremely kind and focused man, who everyone on set seemed to
admire. Then the mask was carefully placed over his face, and he was
transformed into a ruthless psychopath with killer abs.
The film is slated for release next Feb. on Friday the 13th of course.
